ENGLISH REVIEW VIEW · EVIDENCE BEFORE WORDING

Turn a real work history into one honest next step.

This English view keeps the actual decision logic visible: a long-running Cantonese broadcast-control flow, bilingual customer communication, and supply-constrained merchandise order work.

This review deliberately omits identity, employers, job links, dates, figures, contact details and application records. It is a preparation workspace, never an instruction to apply or publish.

01 / WHAT CAN BE USED

Concrete evidence is more useful than a broad story.

Each item has a clear transfer value and an explicit limit, so the preparation remains credible under interview questions.

WORK-HISTORY LEAD

Cantonese broadcast-control workflow

A long-running scheduled flow supports timing awareness, continuity, concise handoffs and escalation of exceptions.

It does not claim broadcast engineering, studio operations or technology ownership.
COMMERCE EVIDENCE

Supply-constrained order coordination

Availability checks, buyer updates, expectation setting, pricing judgment and fulfillment follow-up are usable customer-support evidence.

It does not claim platform administration, advertising, P&L ownership or people management.
LANGUAGE EVIDENCE

Customer communication across languages

Cantonese and Mandarin communication can be positioned directly. English must be labelled at the candidate-confirmed working level.

Do not convert language ability into a claim of professional fluency without confirmation.
CONFIRM BEFORE CLAIM

Title, dates and exact duties

Every external version needs a final candidate check against the actual role and the live posting.

Delete any task that was not personally performed; do not fill gaps with plausible wording.

02 / TWO TAILORED ROUTES

The same history can support different next steps.

Route selection is a business choice: choose the job family first, then surface only the evidence that makes sense for that family.

ROUTE A / BILINGUAL SUPPORT + COORDINATION

Status, handoff and defined escalation.

Use this when the role asks for customer or member support, front-desk coordination, order coordination, reception or a clear service process.

Best evidence
Timing, calm status communication, continuity and concise handoffs.
Interview emphasis
How a customer receives a clear update and how an exception reaches the right owner.
Keep out
Technical operations, engineering, CRM/ERP administration and management claims.

ROUTE B / ORDER + CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Stock, buyer status and fulfillment follow-up.

Use this when the role is centered on order questions, product availability, buyer support, fulfillment coordination or Chinese-language customer service.

Best evidence
Availability context, buyer expectations, pricing judgment and follow-through.
Interview emphasis
How to keep a buyer informed when stock, timing or conditions change.
Keep out
Marketplace administration, paid advertising, P&L ownership and people management claims.

Why the routes stay separate: combining every task into one profile would make the story less believable. Each route retains the same factual base, but makes a different, role-relevant promise.

03 / CLAIM BOUNDARY

Useful transfer language is not permission to overclaim.

These exclusions protect the candidate in a recruiter screen and make the final resume easier to defend.

  1. No broadcast engineering
Scheduled flow and escalation are transferable; technical operation is not assumed.
  2. No enterprise-system claim
Do not imply CRM, ERP or platform-administration experience without separate evidence.
  3. No invented impact figure
A number, volume or outcome needs a source and candidate approval.

04 / 10-MINUTE CANDIDATE HANDOFF

A short confirmation protects the whole package.

The review is useful only when the final wording remains owned and verified by the candidate.

01 / CHOOSE

Pick the live role first.

Select Route A or Route B based on the job description; do not send both versions by default.

02 / VERIFY

Confirm every external fact.

Check title, dates, language level and each duty. Remove anything uncertain or not personally performed.

03 / REVIEW

Then verify the posting.

Open the original job description, check location and conditions, and decide manually whether to apply.
